The tapes listed have a different session on each side. Most of the tapes have a hypnosis session on one side and a subliminal session on the other side. Some of the tapes have both a hypnosis session interwoven with subliminal suggestions on side 1, and subliminal suggestions on side 2. The tapes are designed to help you improve physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. All suggestions on each side of each tape are worded in a positive, uplifting manner.
The tapes are produced by St. John's University as part of a program offered by The Congregational Church of Practical Theology.
Most of the tapes were composed by E. Arthur Winkler, Th.D., Ph.D. Some were made by his wife, Pamela Winkler, Ph.D. Some of the scripts written by E. Arthur Winkler have the voice of Pamela Winkler on the tape. One tape was made by Roy Hunter.
Copies of the suggestions on the subliminal side of each tape are available upon request. When you order a subliminal tape, if you want a copy of the suggestions, please let us know.
Tapes can be purchased by making a donation. Suggested donations are $10.00 each, plus postage and handling. Most of the tapes are 60 minutes in length, however, some are 90 minutes. Suggested donation is the same for both.
