Links Here are a few links to sites I have found useful, entertaining, or represent the work of fellow artists and friends. This award-winning site run by Greg Hardison offers some of the most up-to-the-minute information on musicians from Louisiana, and the music scene. There is an archive listing musician's web sites as well as biographical information, and Satchmo also provides links to performance schedules and merchandizing. In addition to magazine highlights,Louisiana's premier music monthly provides a searchable database of musicians, venues, and services for the music, film, and television industries. Still the best all around source for info on historic and current musicians and recordings in all styles. A site devoted to the works and the memory of one of New Orleans' best-loved contemporary poets. Some of Maddox's legendary works which are currently out of print may be viewed here. Online home to the fun couple who are redefining folk music, for New Orleans and the world. Frank and Jesse's Low Overhead Studios These three sites for musicians and artists on Florida's Gulf Coast prove there is culture on the Redneck Riviera. This accordion master is probably the only authentic performer of Parisian musette music in the South. His repertoire also includes tangos, jazz and pop standards, and many types of ethnic music. He also plays a mean jazz piano. No Cajun or Zydeco.
