- Toothache -Clove is an
essential oil to have around if you have a toothache.
Just rub a drop directly on the aching tooth. If you
don't have the oil around just take a whole leaf of clove
and place it next to the tooth pointed end down.
- Heartburn- Turmetic is great
for heartburn. The bitter herb helps stimulate the flow
of digestive juices, moving food along and preventing
acid build up.
- Gas-Stress can trigger a gas
attack.Pepperment tea can calm your nerves as the active
ingredient you sip travels to the gastrointestinal tract.
Take a cup in the morning and a cup at night. Sip slowly
and smell the tea as you relax
- Diarrhea- Cinnamon is
a natural astringent and will dry up your bowl. Mix 1
tbsp dried powder into 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 10
to 15 minutes.
- Nausea and Vomiting-
Taking a Ginger/cinnamon tea has a calming effect on your
body with these two herbs you can't go wrong. Just brew
up some tea and sip on it during the day.
- Headache - Rosemary
is a good herbal preventive homepathy for vasoconstrictor
migraines. Use 1 tsp rosemary per cup of hot water.
- Sinus pain or
pressure - If your sinus secretions are clear or white,
you need a cup of thyme as tea. Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of
dried thyme in a cup of boiling water for about 10
minutes 3 times a day.
