The Bugaloos, a quartet of musicians who have dedicated their
lives to helping those in need, are threatened and sometimes
captured on their way home to Tranquility Island by the Rock Witch,
Benita Bizarre, and her "in-crowd" of weirdos, Funky Rat,
Peter Platter, and the stereo twins, Woofer and Tweeter.
The object of the game is to be the first Bugaloo to reach Tranquility Island.
"Tranquility Island" is also mentioned in the Bugaloo novels.
