Arrowhead Plantation is a working plantation that is located
in the "duck rich" northern part of Leflore County in the heart
of the Mississippi Delta. Arrowhead Plantation consists of 1700 acres
of private hunting land that has been hunted in the past by invitation only.
This plantation has been managed for quail, ducks, and trophy bucks by the
Tribble family for the past 42 years. The year 2001 is the first time
Arrowhead Plantation has been open for the discriminating hunter to enjoy
this tremendous hunting opportunity.
The "Tribble Land", as it is known locally, is well
known for its hunting opportunities. Arrowhead Plantation is in very
close proximity to several well known hunting areas, such as the world famous
McIntyre Scatters, Malmaison Wildlife Management Area, Six Mile Scatters,
and Tallahatchie National Wildlife Refuge.
Arrowhead Plantation has been host to governors, senators, representatives,
heads of wildlife departments, among other dignitaries.
Arrowhead Plantation's creed is "You hunt with us",
which means you will hunt with a Tribble family member and there will be
only two guests per guide on duck hunts unless you request differently.
**Arrowhead Plantation is now offering Deer Hunts.**
