Project Nitrous
In my ongoing quest to fulfill my need for speed....I decided to install a nitrous kit on my Camaro. The kit I chose was designed for the LT1 4th gen f-bodies. It is the NOS #5176 dry kit. When I say a dry kit, I mean that only nitrous is being sprayed from the nozzle and the extra fuel comes from much higher fuel pressure(85psi) on the injectors. One of the reasons I went with this kit was my buddy was gonna sell it cheap, plus it doesn't cause those horrible backfires through the intake like the wet systems do. I also would like to mention that for quite some time I thought I was using correct jets for a 100hp gain. After a recent dyno session the improvement was only 68rwhp or 78flywheel hp. My best 1/4 is below but my best mph has been 109.5!
