I was playin' arround on a server mod that I had set up, one which allowed the player to morph into creatures. A buddy of mine was in also. When he disconnected, some kinda' glitch made his creature, a fiend, remain in the level. Though no one was there to control him, he was still alive (as far as fiends go.) I gave him a couple rockets and put him outta' his misery. When the fiend died, it reclaimed its human form and froze in a dying position. I decided to check it out and found what you see below.

This is by far one of the oddest things I have ever seen in Quake. I collected screenshots and assembeled them into the animated gif. I was disconnected before I was able to finish takeing pics, so it's kinda unfinished.
