Perry works with Shell Offshore, Inc., a subsidiary of Royal Dutch/Shell Oil. He has been employed with Shell for the past 21 years and works on a production platform in the Gulf of Mexico. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. During his four years at USM, Perry played centerfield on the varsity baseball team.
Perry teaches Sunday School at Morgantown Church of God. The Word of God is very important to him.
